No, customers subscribed through an Approved ISP selling on our network are not eligible to participate in the Refer-and-Earn Programme. The Programme is exclusively for direct customers of MetroFibre who have subscribed to a month-to-month service.

Simply log in to the MyMetroFibre customer portal and click on the Refer-and-Earn link, or download and install the MetroFibre app, head over to the Deals section, and click on Refer-and-Earn. This will take you to our dedicated registration page. Follow the instructions to register for the Programme.
