Best fixed broadband provider in South Africa
MyBroadband’s latest broadband survey results show that MetroFibre Networx’s fibre service was rated as the best fixed broadband service in South Africa.
The Q1 2017 broadband survey was completed by 2,463 South African broadband subscribers. These users were typically IT professionals and tech-savvy individuals.
The users rated the value for money, network quality, and billing and support of their broadband service.
The results show that fibre-to-the-home and fibre-to-the-business connections received far higher ratings than ADSL, VDSL, or wireless services.
The table below provides an overview of the results of the survey for fixed broadband products (scores out of 10).
It should be noted that products which did not receive enough responses in the survey are not listed in the table below.
